Born in Birmingham, built around agentic AI coding, focused on shipping things that actually work.
AI Project Fixers is a UK limited company that exists for one reason: too many ambitious AI and software projects get stuck somewhere between “great prototype” and “live in production with paying users”.
We work with founders, in-house engineering teams and other agencies on three things: training people to operate agentic AI coding tools competently, embedding AI into real workflows where it earns its keep, and rescuing the projects that have stalled along the way.
The studio is deliberately small. You’ll deal with the same engineers from the first call to the last commit. We don’t sub-contract the hard parts and we don’t hide behind account managers.
How we work

Honest scope, every time
If we can’t help, we’ll tell you on the first call. If we can, we’ll tell you what it would take — in plain English, with a number, before you commit a penny.

Shipping over slideware
The deliverable is a working system in production with real users — not a Figma file or a four-hour strategy deck. We measure success by what’s live, not what’s documented.

Agentic AI, used carefully
We use Claude Code and the broader agentic stack every day — that’s how we ship at the speed we do. But the human judgement, code review, and architectural calls stay human. The AI is a power tool, not a substitute for taste.

No lock-in, no theatre
You own the code, the infra accounts, the documentation. Engagements end with a clean handover and a written playbook so your team can keep shipping at the new pace.
