What does AI Project Fixers actually do?
We are a UK-based AI delivery studio. We rescue failing AI projects, build production AI systems (copilots, retrieval over your data, agents), train teams in agentic AI coding, and ship full-stack web and mobile apps and internal tools.
Where are you based?
Birmingham, UK — STEAMhouse, Belmont Row, B4 7RQ. We work with clients across the UK and remotely with international clients.
How is agentic AI coding different from traditional development?
Agentic AI coding uses tools like Claude Code, Cursor and Codex to delegate large parts of implementation to AI agents under engineer supervision. We design the workflow and review discipline so AI ships features by Friday rather than just assisting a human typist.
Do you only work on AI projects?
No. About half our work is broader software delivery: SaaS, ERP, CRM, CMS, web applications, mobile apps and internal tools. Agentic coding accelerates all of it, not just AI features.
My existing project is stuck or my previous agency disappeared. Can you take over?
Yes — that is exactly our project rescue service. We start with a one-week triage to understand what exists, what is broken, and what shipping the next milestone requires. Then we either ship alongside your team or take the project over end-to-end.
How long does a typical engagement last?
A triage week is 5 to 10 days. A typical rescue or build engagement runs 4 to 12 weeks. Internal tools and small automations are often days. We avoid open-ended retainers — every engagement has a clear ship date.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. The first call is 20 to 30 minutes, costs nothing, and ends with either a written plan or an honest “we are not the right fit, here is where to look instead.” Email [email protected] or use the contact form.
How do you price your work?
Fixed-scope projects are quoted on day one with milestone-based payment. Triage weeks are a flat fee. Ongoing work is billed monthly. We do not do open-ended hourly billing.
What sectors do you work with?
Mostly UK SMEs, B2B SaaS, fintech and professional services. We have worked in regulated environments and understand UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements.
Can you guarantee an AI project will succeed?
Nobody honest can. What we can guarantee: a clear scope at the start, weekly demos against milestones, working software in production at the end of every milestone, and that we will tell you fast if something is not working — not three months in.
